Release (1st week) Replenish (2nd week) and Rejuvenate (3rd and 4th week). 

This product is suitable for mothers with both cesarean and natural birth, as well as breastfeeding.

Cooking Method
Day 1生化汤 - By Gas Cooker: Use 3 bowls of water to boil until 1 bowl of water is left

Day 2-28 Method (1): By Slow Cooker: Use 2 and half bowls of water to boil for 3 hours (can boil with or without meat) 
                Method (2): By Gas Cooker: Use 4 bowls of water to boil for 2 hours (can boil with or without meat)
